small blue mariposa over birdcage

 This is the other half of the blue mariposa page with a birdcage and sort of ghostly flowers . I have put a silver dimensional fluer de lis on it , and that may be all I do to the page since the paper itself is so richly decorated.  I am enjoying working with the lovely papers though I dont feel that Im truly creating so much art wise, however I am chosing what to display and in what form it apears so it does convey a sense of my art taste if nothing else and shares beauty, which in itself is a gift.
Today I did go back to Michaels and found they had a group of new lined journals with lovely covers, so I got one of those. Its teal blue and has a suede like cover with floral designs heat pressed into the surface and a little window for a letter to personalize the journal a little bit.  I got a set of metallic pens to write in the journal and a pad of paper that matches the pad i got for the art journal as far as the basic colors and design theme with the exception that the entire page is diecut, so the edges are attractive. I also found a marked down page of dimensional stickers that are complimenting florals with a sort of plastic bubble over them with transparent glitter inside. They are called snow globe stickers.
